Tema Feuer Esberg, has an extensive and varied background in theater and improvisation. She has been studying and performing improvisation for the past 25 years, and teaching and facilitating theater workshops for the last 6 years. She has studied in Philadelphia and New York, most recently with veteran actor Alan Arkin.

Throughout her career, Tema has performed both on stage and on film. Through her theater troupe, Eskot Entertainment, Tema has the opportunity and joy to create and perform improvisational programs that facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution. Eskot's programs address a wide variety of issues, including: bullying; diversity; exclusion; self-esteem; tolerance; stereotypes and peer pressure.

Tema also teaches a workshop for adults and children, called "Spotlight on Success," that uses improvisation to teach life skills, such as effective communication, confidence and conflict resolution. Eskot's clients include hospitals, schools, universities, senior centers, non-profits, government organizations and corporations.
