PEGGIE O'NEILL

I have been married for over 42 years and I have six children and 14 grandchildren. My education consists of Our Lady of Lourdes, Sacred Heart Academy Overbrook 54', Maryville College of the Sacred Heart 58", St. Joseph's University, St. Charles Seminary: Moral Theology and Scripture.

I am currently traveling around the world giving "Passionate Leaders, Powerful People" seminars. These seminars focus on our responsibility to be leaders in whatever role God places us. We focus on our responsibility to touch hearts and help others grow their abilities as contributing members of society. Audience ranges from CEO's of companies to high school children, board of directors, parents and teachers. We lead people to focus on the other. We help them develop communication skills to build relationships with their customers, employees, family and peers.

People attending these seminars experience a big change in their relationships, especially in their families and with their children. They also experience big improvement in their business and professional success because they focus on what their customer wants rather then what they want their customer to do. They focus on their ability to help the customer solve the customer's problems and fulfill the customer's wants.

We are currently developing a video series on Leadership. The focus is to inspire people to search within their hearts to discover their unique purpose and how they can change the world by changing their own hearts through prayer and action.
